Based on the complaints submitted by the Belgrade Center for Human Rights, the Commissioner for the Protection of Equality has recommended measures for achieving equality on the internet portals in Serbia in order to prevent publication of the contents and comments of users on the portal and profiles on social networks, and removing those comments that have already been published and which by their nature may incite hatred or violence against persons or groups of persons due to their personal character or cause fear or hostile, humiliating and offensive environment.
