The Norwegian Center for Human Rights (NCHR), member of the Association of Human Rights Institutes of which the Belgrade Centre for Human Rights is also part, will be implementing a MOOC (Massive Online Open Course) called “Mass Migration and Human Rights – Legal and Ethical Dilemmas” starting September 18, 2017. It will last four weeks and will consist of various short lectures, video materials, texts and video presentations that will be delivered in four separate modules – one module per week. Through the MOOC, the course attendees will be introduced to the subject of mass migrations as well as to accompanying legal and ethical dilemmas. The course is open to all interested parties. It will be held in English.
