The report concludes with recommendations aimed at improving the state of youth education rights in these communities.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"post-9872 media-9872\" class=\"align-none\">\n<figure id=\"post-9872 media-9872\" class=\"align-none\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bgcentar.org.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/G84A1486.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The presentation addressed the following key questions:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li data-start=\"7893\" data-end=\"7993\">What is the current situation regarding young people\u2019s right to education in Belgrade and Loznica?<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"7996\" data-end=\"8070\">Who remains \u201cunder the radar\u201d of education policies and support systems?<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"8073\" data-end=\"8163\">To what extent do young people have access to safe and supportive learning environments?<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"8166\" data-end=\"8235\">How do local systems respond to the challenges faced by young people?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"8237\" data-end=\"8414\">The event featured contributions from Sarita Brada\u0161 and Goran Sandi\u0107, authors of the report, and was moderated by Vesna Dobrosavljevi\u0107 from the Belgrade Centre for Human Rights.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"post-9862 media-9862\" class=\"align-none\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bgcentar.org.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/G84A1545.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/figure>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The report for Belgrade is available <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bgcentar.org.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/Izvestaj_Mladi-i-obrazovanje-Beograd_PRINT.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong data-start=\"8453\" data-end=\"8461\">HERE<\/strong><\/a>. (Serbian)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"8605\" data-end=\"8907\">The reports were produced within a project aimed at empowering young people to recognize and respond to discrimination and human rights violations. This year\u2019s focus was on education and social inclusion, while the previous cycle focused on the right to work, with reports covering Subotica and Vranje.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"post-9874 media-9874\" class=\"align-none\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bgcentar.org.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/80c5ea20-106d-4cfd-97c0-81b793984c96.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/figure>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"8909\" data-end=\"9372\">The reports were prepared within the programme <strong data-start=\"8956\" data-end=\"8976\">\u201cPrava u centru\u201d<\/strong> (<em data-start=\"8978\" data-end=\"9117\">\u201cStepping Stones to Youth Diversity in Serbia: Empowering Youth with Knowledge, Skills and Protection Mechanisms for Anti-Discrimination\u201d<\/em>), implemented by the Belgrade Centre for Human Rights with the financial support of the European Union.
