{"id":4092,"date":"2021-08-30T12:46:47","date_gmt":"2021-08-30T11:46:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.bgcentar.org.rs\/?p=4092"},"modified":"2021-09-20T13:35:19","modified_gmt":"2021-09-20T12:35:19","slug":"right-to-asylum-in-the-republic-of-serbia-periodic-report-for-january-june-2021","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.bgcentar.org.rs\/en\/right-to-asylum-in-the-republic-of-serbia-periodic-report-for-january-june-2021\/","title":{"rendered":"Right to Asylum in the Republic of Serbia \u2013 Periodic Report for January\u2013June 2021"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Belgrade Centre for Human Rights has compiled a periodic report \u201c<em>Right to Asylum in the Republic of Serbia \u2013 Periodic Report for January\u2013June 2021<\/em>\u201d.\u00a0Periodic Report has been prepared by the legal and integration team of the BCHR\u2019s Asylum and Migration programme<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Report analyses the treatment of the asylum seekers and refugees in Serbia in the first six months of 2021, based on information the BCHR team obtained during their legal representation in the asylum procedure and provision of support in their integration, and during team\u2019s field work.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In addition to illustrating relevant decisions by the asylum authorities, the Report also describes the BCHR\u2019s initiatives and activities aiming to facilitate the integration of refugees and asylum seekers. The Report also comprises data the BCHR collected through regular cooperation and communication with the state authorities and UNHCR.
