The analysis will be presented at an event held at the Media Center in Belgrade, featuring speeches from:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Sonja To\u0161kovi\u0107<\/strong>, Executive Director of the BCHR;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Milana Rikanovi\u0107<\/strong>, Director of the UN Women in Serbia;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Milica Filipovi\u0107<\/strong>, a woman who experienced inhumane treatment during the induced abortion procedure;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Sanja Radivojevi\u0107<\/strong>, Senior Legal Advisor at the BCHR;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>PhD Jelena Simi\u0107<\/strong>, Faculty of Law, Union University in Belgrade, author of the analysis.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<figure id=\"post-6965 media-6965\" class=\"align-left\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bgcentar.org.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/Analiza-UNW_za-mediacentar-INSTA_bez-datuma-300x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/figure>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The analysis is available at the following <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bgcentar.org.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/Rights-of-woman-and-girls-during-an-induced-abortion-procedure-1.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">LINK<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Let us recall that the conversation about inhumane treatment in maternity wards in Serbia was initiated early last year by Milica Filipovi\u0107 from \u0160abac, who publicly shared her traumatic experience during an induced abortion procedure at the GAK &#8220;Narodni front&#8221; hospital.
