Series Documents

Rights and fundamental freedoms are meaningless unless you are aware of them. To that end, the Belgrade Centre for Human Rights has established a Document Series, library with Serbian translations of relevant international agreements on human rights protection. This library, among other, includes translations of judgments of international bodies and courts, since international judicial practice is incredibly important for the harmonization of national legislation with universal and European human rights standards for and implementation of international standards in the national judicial system. In this Library following publications are published:

Global Compact for Safe, Orderly and Regular Migration

The Global Compact for Safe, Orderly and Regular Migration (A/RES/73/195), is the first intergovernmental agreement, prepared under the auspices of the United Nations, to cover all dimensions of international migration in a holistic and comprehensive manner. It was adopted at an intergovernmental conference on migration in Marrakesh, Morocco on 10 December 2018.
